What we actually do

Central Coast Tree Lopping arranges quotes. The service is a referral: you describe a job here, a local tree contractor receives it, and they come back to you about it.

We are not the ones on the tools. The tree contractor is an independent business and the work is theirs.

What to expect

Send the form and the tree contractor covering your area receives it. Expect a call about the job, and a quote from them if you ask for one.

The price in that quote is the tree contractor's. We do not decide it and we cannot commit them to it.

Nothing here is a quote and nothing here is an offer to carry out work.

Your agreement is with the tree contractor

The contract for the work is between you and the tree contractor. We are not a party to it. They carry the responsibility for the job and for anything that has to be fixed.

Do your own checking before you commit. Ask the business what it is entitled to do, read its terms, and have the scope written down.

Using the form honestly

We expect the details to be right and to belong to you. Enquiring for another person is fine as long as they know about it.

Abusive messages and sales pitches are not what the form is for.

Your rights under Australian law

These terms do not, and cannot, remove your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Any guarantee that law says cannot be excluded still stands, regardless of anything on this page.

Where this is settled

New South Wales law applies to these terms and its courts are where anything about them is dealt with.
